Taylor Swift takes Canada by storm (in a snowstorm) greeting fans, playing matchmaker, and selling a ton of records

TORONTO (HoundsTV) January 29, 2009 – Cross-over country star Taylor Swift landed in a chilly Toronto, Canada today to make a couple of live television appearances and talk to the media. While appearing on Muchmusic’s MOD, Swift even decided to play matchmaker – personally calling a fan’s crush on the phone and asking if he would go out with her (he said he would.)
Swift is making big headlines lately as her second major label release, ‘Fearless’ breaks records and is Number One in the U.S. for the 8th week in a row (#3 in Canada.)
Appearing Live on Muchmusic’s MOD - Swift looked smokin’ hot and even spent a few minutes outside in the freezing cold and snow greeting fans and signing autographs for the several hundred people that were waiting to see her.
HoundsTV had hoped to bring you some great, close-up photography of the beautiful Taylor Swift but some genius fan thought it was smart to hold-up a sign RIGHT IN FRONT of Taylor’s face (ignoring the cries of the photographers behind her.)
Note to FAN: We’re happy you got Taylor to autograph your sign – because you basically killed the photo opportunities for all the photographers waiting there.
