(HoundsTV – Vancouver) It’s no surprise the Winter Olympic Games can be a bit of a media circus. And it starts quick for arriving athletes.
Like as soon as they get off the plane. The Vancouver airport is also a popular hit with media because its one of the VERY few places where unaccredited journalists can get a shot at the athletes.
And the Olympic participants usually don’t mind talking. Heck, they have worked hard to get hear for years, its there turn to shine and they deserve it. So when Canadian Olympic figure skater Patrick Chan came threw YVR he was more than happy to spend some time talking with the media – and signing for the collectors.
The last big notables of these Winter Games – the Canadian men’s hockey team came through YVR on Sunday to a large scrum of media and awaiting fans.
