its sad when I see people not wanting to sign there name come on if it was not for people like use fans people you spend all there money on bands merch etc ow would it be they would play for no one and make no money I hate to see my fav bands be mean to people autographs come with the territory band make $$$why would they care if some people sell things in the long run stuff that us sold goes back to real fans i wish I could really get the fame thing if I was famous I would sign always

The nicest person I have met for an autograph is KEITH SCOTT, canadian guitarist with Bryan Adams. He is very kind and takes good time to talk to fans.
Bryan Adams is a nice person, too. Have met them a few times and they have always been willing to sign my stuff and have photos taken.

another great one is Jon Anderson of Yes. the last time we saw him solo (3 yrs ago), he stayed after the show for 2 hours to sign anything and everything his fans had. fantastic…

I haven’t asked for an autograph since I was 18 – and Ian Gillan was very good indeed (thanks, IG), but I saw Mick Ralphs signing one guy’s entire Mott the Hoople AND Bad Company singles collections more recently (‘02). What-a-bloke! Eric Bell, too, is accessible and friendly (and enjoys a whisky too, in a glass OR jar). Ian Paice is a very nice chap also.

Jon Bon Jovi is one of the nicest and most generous people not just in the music business, but on earth. He is willing to stop and take pictures and give autographs to fans … people who actually listen to and love MUSIC.

Like any human being, he doesn’t enjoy being hounded especially when with his family. But he puts himself out there for his fans and has for 25 years.

Sorry if he didn’t like your swarmy desire to make a profit off his signature.

must say that uriah heep are the greatest with the fans lookin for autographs. been a heep fanatic since 1972 and they have always had lots of time for signing items for the faithfull heep following. happy new year to all humble fans. rock on
