Orders are usually shipped the next business day. Depending on location, shipping generally takes 2-10 days.
We usually ship via Canada Post Parcel in North America. Some international orders we use UPS.
HoundsTV.com accepts orders from all around the globe. Shipping rates, taxes and fees may vary depending on the delivery address for your order. Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient’s responsibility.

Place anything you want to return in a box. Indicate on the box the reason for the return. We recommend you send your package using registered/traceable mail – we can’t assume responsibility for a lost parcel.
